Hi, I'm Ivana. My journey has been anything but ordinary. Over the years, I've worked as a flight attendant, a reporter, and even fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming a published children's book author. Each chapter of my life has taught me something valuable about people, storytelling, adventure, and following my heart. When I'm not working, you'll almost always find me outdoors. Whether it's hiking a trail, exploring nature, out on the water kayaking with my dog-kiddo Nikolas or simply enjoying the fresh air with my dog, I believe life is best lived outside. My love for dogs has always been a huge part of who I am, and they've inspired one of the biggest decisions I've ever made. I took a leap of faith and left the fast pace of Toronto behind to settle in a small town, where I could build something that truly reflects my values and beliefs. I wanted to create a business that puts dogs first while supporting the community around me. That's why I started this locally sourced dog food business. KaLuKo Kitchen. Dog Food. Elevated. I believe our dogs deserve meals made with real, wholesome ingredients—not fillers, artificial additives, or ingredients we can't pronounce. Every recipe is thoughtfully prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers whenever possible. By supporting local agriculture, I'm able to provide nutritious food for your dogs while helping strengthen the community I now proudly call home. For me, this business is about more than dog food. It's about trust, quality, and giving our four-legged family members the healthy, delicious meals they deserve. Every product I make is created with the same care and attention I'd give to feeding my own dogs.
